The juice would be very good for a breakfast alternative if you don’t do breakfast.As it would give you all the good fruits you need to start the day.   "weekly weigh in"I did enjoy the diet though I think Dominic found it harder as men when they are practically starving themselves are never good are they. So here is the weigh in and its much more nerve racking doing it in front of my blogging audience!!!

So here goes the wii records a weight of 102.8 so a weight loss of 1.2kilos or 2.5 pounds. Not a bad start but considering we did no cheating and the diet suggests a weight loss of a pound a day it is quite disappointing to have only lost half of what is suggested.
