The film opens with Alia telling her 5 year old sister Abel that the ghosts she saw and heard were a figment of her imagination, but one night a strange figure attacked Abel leaving a scar on his leg.
10 years later, Alia is a hard-working professional and Abel is a disturbed 15-year-old who still sees the spirit of his childhood. When the sister's parents die in a car accident, they are forced to leave their current home and return to their parents' old country where Abel had been assaulted years earlier. Alia has been going to a photographer called Davin for 8 months who is joining them on the estate. Abel's hallucinations get worse and he tells Alia that the family of spirits occupying the estate do not want them to live there. Alia, who is now very concerned about Abel's mental health, decides to take him to a psychiatrist. Abel revealed that his mother had taken him to Bu Windu, a spiritual practitioner, not a psychologist, when he was a child.
They went to Mrs. Windu who told Alia that Abel's third eye was opened. Alia, who does not believe in psychic, humbly asks Mrs. Windu opened her third eye. When he opened his third eye, he began to see a series of supernatural beings that eventually led him to believe Abel's warning. It becomes clear that a family of 3 spirits occupies the land of Alia and Abel, and wants revenge on their deaths. Alia is initially possessed by 3 ghosts who use them to kill their murderer, the family gardener. They then took Abel with them into the underworld. Mrs. Windu tells Alia that in order to save Abel she must go to life after death with a spirit so that their energy will dissipate and she will appear as their spirit. It was only later revealed that Davin had been a ghost all along. He died in a car accident the same day he started loving Alia. Alia and Davin rescue Abel after they go to heaven.
While everything seems fine, a spirit named Mirah continues to follow Alia and Abel wherever they go.
Alia decided to leave Bangkok and return to Jakarta after her parents died. He and his teenage sister Abel move to their childhood home away from the city. But Abel refused and said he could see those who had died because his third eye had been open since childhood. Abel invites Alia to meet Mrs. Windu, a psychic who helps Abel. Wanting to try things that don't make sense in this case, Alia asks Mrs. Windu opened her third eye. And slowly Alia began to experience unusual events. He sees things no one else can see, and the presence of spirits calls for his help. But those who show up at Alia's house hurt her. Their energy is so negative that it can damage Alia and Abel. With no other place to stay, they were forced to wait and ask Mrs. Windu for help.
