Weight Loss Diary Week 1: Jordan’s Juice Diet, Power Walking And Zumba

So there you have its day 1 of our brand new diet and the beginning of our weight loss diary. I have decided to follow a variety of diets to see which one has the best results and stick to it. I have always been a small eater and its more of a case of I eat the wrong things rather than stuffing my face. I often skip breakfast and lunch and just eat once a day and then eat a load of rubbish while I watch evening television.

So for me the easiest ay to start is by Jordans juice diet that way I can still start off with  one meal and then juices in between. I also fail miserably at five portions of fruit and vegetables a day so it will give me te chance to get those in too. Because we are busy with work and don’t feel like we have the time for cooking we have prepared our main meal of the day already. Which will be sur and turf. Well a healthy version of the classic.
It will be a nice piece of steamed salmon alongside a small piece of pork steak, accompanied by steamed rice and plenty of vegetables. All healthy and low in fat and a great way to keep the goodness going. Then in between this I will have two lots of the juice diet. Actually I am rather excited about it! I will also be starting the exercise shortly. We have a fantastic exercise track right near where we live and its 1750metres long (just over a mile) and plan to do 2 a day one when dropping our son off at school and the other one to collect him.
